First Holy Communion

Twenty children received their First Holy Communion at the 9am Mass on Sunday, May 7, 2023, celebrated by Msgr. Jameson, Cathedral Rector.

Their first encounter with Jesus in the Eucharist followed two years of participation in our Children's Faith Formation program. We are grateful to the First Communion parents for participating with their children in regular workshops led by our Faith Formation Coordinator, L.J. Milone, over the past year, and for all the preceding spiritual preparation.
