Annual Wedding Anniversary Mass - Don't Forget to Register!!

This year Bishop Evelio Menjivar-Ayala will celebrate the Annual Wedding Anniversary Mass to honor the Vocation of Marriage on Saturday, February 14, 2026, 10am at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. This Annual Mass is a celebration of the living vocation of all couples who provide a Catholic witness to the beauty of the Sacrament of Matrimony. Couples must register with the parish office by Friday, February 6, 2026 to attend the Mass and/or receive a certificate from Cardinal Robert McElroy in honor of their anniversary year.

To register, please email Rosemarie Longley at rlongley@stmatthewscathedral.org with:

• You and your spouse's names, as you would like them to appear on the Anniversary Certificate.
• Number of Years of Marriage you are celebrating.
• If there will be any children attending and how many.
• If you have a special story to share in consideration for inclusion in The Catholic Standard or El Pregonero, please add it to your email.

Misa anual de aniversario de bodas: ¡No olvide registrarse!

Este año, el Obispo Mons. Evelio Menjivar-Ayala presidirá la Misa de Aniversario de Bodas para celebrar la Vocación al Matrimonio el sábado 14 de febrero de 2026 a las 10am en la Basílica del Santuario Nacional de la Inmaculada Concepción. Esta celebración pone de relieve el testimonio de la vocación católica al matrimonio y de la belleza del plan de Dios para la vida matrimonial. Se invita a las parejas a i nscribirse, antes del 6 de febrero de 2026, en la oficina parroquial para asistir a la Misa o para recibir un certificado firmado por el Cardenal Robert McElroy como homenaje a su aniversario de bodas.

Para inscribirse, envíe un correo electrónico a Rosemarie Longley a rlongley@stmatthewscathedral.org con:

• Su nombre y el de su cónyuge, tal como desea que aparezcan en el Certificado de Aniversario.
• El número de años de matrimonio que celebran.
• Si asistirán niños y cuántos.
• Si tiene alguna historia especial que compartir para que se considere su inclusión en The Catholic Standard o El Pregonero, agréguela a su correo electrónico.
