The next Cathedral Book Club discussion will consider CARLO ACUTIS: THE FIRST MILLENNIAL SAINT. It is by Nicola Gori, the postulator of his canonization cause, an author thus able to include firsthand information basic to his life. It was published by Our Sunday Visitor and translated by Daniel Gallagher.

In his overview of the work, Allan Wright of the OSV points out that beside offering a brief account of the life of the 15 year-old, there are sections on the theology of the eucharist as well as on eucharistic miracles. It considers the process of beatification and presents the remarkable activity of a teenager considered to be the patron of the internet.
