On November 14, 2025, we celebrate the 49th Anniversary of the Dedication of the Cathedral Church of St. Matthew at all Masses. Visitors are most welcome! All Masses are open to the public. 

School of Community is a weekly moment of formation and fellowship offered to the public by Communion and Liberation, an Ecclesial Lay Movement in the Catholic Church.

Over sixty pastoral musicians from throughout the Archdiocese of Washington and the Diocese of Arlington will spend a full day of rehearsals in preparation for the 5:30pm Choral Mass, Saturday evening November 15. Everyone is cordially invited to attend the Mass.

At our 11am Mass on Sunday, November 16, the Cathedral Parish community will remember and pray for those whose deaths we hold close to our hearts among family and friends as well as those who have died tragically in events throughout the world. Parishioners and friends are encouraged to come to remember and pray for their loved ones who have passed from this life.
