Jameson and the Cathedral clergy, staff and hospitality volunteers welcomed many parishioners and friends for Choral Vespers, an Ecumenical Prayer Service, with Msgr. Jameson presiding, music by our Schola Cantorum, a Gospel reflection by Rev. Cheryl Sanders, Pastor of the Third Street Church of God, and a musical reflection by Evelyn Simpson Curenton. Enjoy some photos of this beautiful opening event of our parish's 175th Anniversary celebration.

St. Andrew, Apostle

Fr. Jack Hurley speaks about St. Andrew, Apostle, on his November 30 feast. Fr. Jack notes that the apostle is perhaps best known through the St. Andrew’s Cross in the Union Jack, attesting to his patronage of Scotland. John’s Gospel notes him as the first of the Apostles when he encountered the “Lamb of God”!
